This outfitter is a family owned and operated business they take no more then 12 -14 hunters per season. This outfitter prides themselves on making sure that all of his hunters hunt fresh baits sites and 100% harvest opportunity on at least 2 bears with about 1/3 of them being color phase bears. This remote area does grow very nice bears where most harvests produce a bear over 6 ft with nice block shape head in that 18-19 inch range. Accommodations are nice comfortable wall tent camp in hart of black bear country. You can use your rifle or your bow on this hunt. Hunting Rates: $3750.00 for 6 day hunt (2) bears + 6%tax Dates: May 6 to June 1, 2014 Included lodging and meals in camp, trophy and infield care. Saskatchewan Black Bear Hunt in CanadaThis hunt takes place in the north-east part of Saskatchewan, in Boreal Forest. The outfitter controls and manages 50,000 acres of prime black bear habitat. Hunts are conducted in tree stands over fresh bait. Black bears can be hunted with either archery or riffle. In the past, hunters have had 100% shot opportunity on mature black bears. The area is known for good population of color-face bears, just about 1/3 of bears harvested last year were color-faced. Five star lodging accommodations and home cooled meals.
